#21 Week 4: Editing Software Errors

To uphold the editing role, I knew I had to download Adobe Premier Pro onto my laptop. Tonight, when I got home from school I went straight to work and logged into my laptop to get ready to set everything up. I first downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud, and it was a smooth process. However, when I was ready to begin downloading Premier Pro an error occurred. I kept getting errors saying the application was not successful. So, I then deleted the app from my laptop and then re-downloaded it, and it still didn't work. I then tried to update the app with different versions and the error popped up again. I searched up videos on YouTube and the Adobe website for any information on how to get it to work but nothing helped. I feel like I did everything I could to get Adobe Premier Pro downloaded to my laptop but either the app or my software just won't cooperate with me.

To solve this situation, I am going to just have to edit in class for the next few days as I take my laptop to the store to get it looked at and or get a new laptop. This isn't what I originally intended but if I need to edit at home I will most likely go and use my Grandparents desktop computer. I also may ask Indy or Madelyn to edit some sections to assist me with the workload in the future.

*Update: As I am editing the film opening Indy will be starting to design the distribution company logo off of Canva and so is Madelyn but for the film production company.
